Healthy Homes Standards:
Effective July 1st 2025, all privately tenanted residential properties are required to comply with the healthy home’s standards as mandated under New Zealand's housing compliance framework.
As well as The Residential Tenancies Amendment Regulations. These regulations introduce enhanced requirements across several key domains of property habitability, including: heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture ingress and drainage standards.
